30-day return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Submit a return request

Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Locate the item you wish to return, select the reason for your return, upload photos or a video if needed, then submit your request for review. Once approved, you will receive return instructions by email.

Ship the item back

Place the item, all original tags, packaging, and filler materials back into the original packaging or a suitable plain box. We strongly recommend taking a photo of the packed parcel and keeping your shipping receipt as proof of postage.

Inspection and refund

After we receive your return, our warehouse will perform a quality inspection within 3-5 business days. Once the return passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Refund timing and costs

The refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.
