Processing and delivery

Please note that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time is usually between 7 to 10 business days depending on your country or region. Holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other disruptions may affect delivery times.

Freight charges

Free U.S. shipping over $99 & free returns*. For orders under $99, the standard shipping fee is $9.90. Standard delivery is usually 7-10 business days. Express delivery is $26.90 and usually takes 4-7 business days.

Pre-orders and back-orders

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship available items first and ship the remaining items once they become available. If you receive only part of your order first, the rest will follow shortly after.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct. If the goods have already been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately at service@wearsatis.com if you believe you entered an incorrect shipping address.

Lost or stolen packages

SatisVision is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows delivery to the provided address. Please report the issue to the shipping carrier first, then contact our customer support team if you need additional help.
